What the admin sees

One admin sees every colleague's documents and links, who opened each one, which sections each reader stayed on and for how long, and can download that reading record. That includes documents a colleague shared before joining the team, except any that belong to a team they were on before.

How it works

   Start the team

   Choose the number of people, including you, and pay by card. It takes a few minutes and there is no call to book.

   Invite your colleagues

   Send each person an invitation by e-mail. Before they join, they are told exactly what you will see.

   They publish as they do today

   Upload a file, paste a link to a page you already host, or ask Claude to publish it. Every document and every reading record shows up for you.

Each colleague keeps their own account and gets everything in Pro. Nobody who reads your documents needs an account.

When someone leaves

The team keeps access to documents a person created while on the team. After they leave, the admin can still see those documents and their reading records and can switch their links off, and the person who left can no longer delete or replace them. Colleagues are told this before they accept the invitation.

Rules on every link

Each link carries its own rules. To keep a link to your company's people, turn on two of them together: an e-mail gate limited to your company's domains, and the one-time code sent to the reader's inbox. The domain rule alone checks only the address a reader types, so anyone who types a colleague's address gets in; the code proves they can open that inbox. The same code checks a partner outside the company. A password, an expiry date and a switch that turns the link off work on any link. All of these are on every plan, Free included, and the page on sharing a dashboard inside and outside the company explains each one.

In Settings, each person chooses how long reading records are kept: forever, one year, 90 days or 30 days. Any reading record can be downloaded as a CSV file.

Publishing from Claude, for the whole company

If your company uses Claude Team or Enterprise, the connector is added once for everyone:

1. An owner adds https://mcp.htmlradar.com/mcp under Organization settings, Connectors.
2. They leave the OAuth client ID and secret empty.
3. Each person signs in to their own HTMLRadar account the first time Claude uses it.

The connector page has the full setup. One thing to know before you start: images that sit behind a company login, or on the author's own computer, do not load for readers, so embed them in the file. Claude can do that when you ask.

What is not included

Here is what the Team plan does not do, so you can decide before you pay.

• No single sign-on. Each person signs in with Google or a link sent to their e-mail.
• No audit log of setting changes. Reading is recorded; changes to a link’s settings are not.
• No certifications. The whole source is open for your reviewer to read instead.
• No shared editing. Each person edits only their own documents.
• The admin cannot edit or delete a colleague’s documents.
• No support agreement and no promised response time.

Questions companies ask

Which plan do I need, Pro or Team?

Pro is for one person who sends documents. Team is for a company that wants to pay for several people on one bill and have one admin who can see what everyone sends and who read it.

Does each person need their own account?

Everyone who publishes has their own HTMLRadar account and signs in with their own e-mail address. The people who read your documents never need an account.

Is the admin one of the five people?

Yes. The minimum of five people includes the admin, so the smallest team is $100 a month in total.

How do I add more people later?

Write to [email protected] and we change the number of people on your plan. Each extra person is $20 a month.

What if someone on the team already pays for Pro?

Once the team has started, they should cancel their own Pro plan in Settings so they are not charged twice. The app reminds them before they join.

Can we pay yearly or by invoice?

Not on the Team plan today. It is billed monthly by card through Polar, which is the legal seller and handles any tax that applies.

What happens if we cancel?

The plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. After that, everyone loses the Pro plan the company paid for. The team keeps access to documents created while on the team.

How the Team plan works in practice

What exactly does the admin see?

Every colleague’s documents and links, including documents they shared before joining, except any that belong to a team they were on before; who opened each link; which sections each reader stayed on and for how long; and a download of that reading record. Colleagues are told this before they join. The admin cannot edit or delete a colleague’s documents.

What happens when someone leaves?

Can we add the Claude connector for the whole company?

Yes. On a Claude Team or Enterprise plan, an owner adds https://mcp.htmlradar.com/mcp once under Organization settings, Connectors, and leaves the OAuth client ID and secret empty. Each person then signs in to their own HTMLRadar account the first time Claude uses it. The connector works on every HTMLRadar plan, Free included.

Is the one-time code for readers set on each link?

Yes. The e-mail gate, the list of allowed company domains and the one-time code are set on each link. To keep a link to people at your company, turn on both the domain list and the code: without the code, anyone can type a colleague’s address and get in. All of them are on every plan.

Why don’t the images in our dashboard show for readers?

An image that sits behind your company’s login, or on the author’s own computer, cannot load for anyone else. Embed each image in the HTML file itself. Claude can do this when you ask.

Where is our data stored?

With our infrastructure providers, Cloudflare and Supabase, in data centres that may be outside your country. It is encrypted in transit and at rest. The privacy policy sets out what is stored and who can see it.

Do you offer single sign-on, certifications or a support agreement?

Not today. Each person signs in with Google or a link sent to their e-mail. There are no certifications; the full source code is open for your reviewer to read instead. There is no promised response time.
