We record who opened it, when, for how long and which sections. We never record what a reader types or where they point; we only count whether the page is being read. No third-party trackers, and readers’ network addresses are not stored.

Can I switch from monthly to yearly?
Yes, on Pro, from Settings. Your card is charged $150 that day, less credit for the days of the month you have already paid for, and the plan then renews once a year. The Team plan is billed monthly only.
Who charges me, and can I get an invoice for my company?
Payments go through Polar, which is the legal seller and handles any tax. Its customer portal has a PDF invoice and a receipt for every payment, and lets you add a company name, VAT number or billing address.
Can I cancel, and what happens if I do?
Cancel yourself from Settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the account returns to Free. Payments already made are not refunded.
