HTMLRadar’s reader terms

What this is

Someone sent you a page through HTMLRadar. These terms cover you as its reader. By opening the page, or by continuing past its address or code step, you agree to them. HTMLRadar is operated from India, and these terms are governed by Indian law.

Who is responsible for the page

The person or company who sent you the page (the sender) wrote it and decided who may open it. The sender is responsible for what the page says. HTMLRadar hosts the page for the sender and does not review every page. If a page looks like phishing, malware or abuse, report it with “Report this document”.

What is recorded

While you read the page, HTMLRadar records the address you gave, when you opened it and for how long. It also records which sections you read, how far you scrolled, your device type and roughly where you are (country and city).

The sender can see this record. On a page that belongs to a company account, the company’s administrator can see it too.

We do not record what you type or where your mouse goes. HTMLRadar uses no third-party trackers on the page. The privacy page gives the full detail. Recording applies to every page sent through HTMLRadar, whether or not the page reminds you, unless you switch it off in your browser as the privacy page explains.

What you may do with the page

  • Read the page and come back to it while the sender keeps it open to you.
  • Copy, print or download the page only where the sender allows it. Do not try to work around a copy lock, a password, a code or any other rule the sender set.
  • Keep your codes and any personal link to yourself. Who else can open a link depends on the sender’s settings.

What you send to the sender

A request you make to open the page goes to the sender. Do not send anything unlawful or abusive, or anything you have no right to share. HTMLRadar may remove anything that breaks these terms.

Your information

The sender, or the company’s administrator on a company page, decides how long reading records are kept. Questions about information held about you go to privacy@htmlradar.com; the privacy page explains how requests are handled.

No promises about the page

HTMLRadar and the pages on it are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, HTMLRadar is not liable for what a sender’s page says or for any loss from relying on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the last change, and each new reader feature adds its own dated section. Continuing to open pages after a change means you accept it.
