Send a web page to the people outside your company as a link you control, see how each person read it, and change it after it is sent.
You decide who opens it.
- A link for each person or company, each with its own rules.
- Ask for their e-mail, prove it with a one-time code, or add a password.
- Only your company’s domains, or only named addresses.
- An expiry you can extend, and a switch that turns a link off. The history stays.
- Lock downloads: no saving or printing, and a faint watermark with the reader’s e-mail.
- Change the rules after you send, on the same link.
- An e-mail if someone tries a link that is switched off or has expired.
- Preview any link as your reader. It does not count as a read.

- The time on each section, active reading time and how far they scrolled. A skim does not count.
- Their device, and the country and city they read from.
- A live view that updates while they read.
- Returning readers counted once. Your own visits left out.
- Download it all as a CSV, and choose how long it is kept.
- Or ask your agent who read it.

- We record who opened it, when, for how long and which sections. Never keystrokes or mouse movements, no third-party trackers, and readers’ network addresses are not stored.
