You sent the deck on Tuesday. It's Thursday. Did the partner open it? Skim it? Forward it? Most founders are guessing. HTMLRadar replaces the guessing with a live dashboard: who opened your deck, which slides they read, how long they stayed on the ask.
How do you know when an investor opens your deck?
HTMLRadar waits five seconds after the document loads before it creates a session, so a link preview or a two-second mis-click never counts as a read. That first real read is what e-mails you: one e-mail per reader per document, so a partner who opens the deck again on Sunday does not e-mail you again.
Which slides did they actually read?
An open tells you nothing about conviction; the time on each slide does. A partner who spent four minutes on Traction and none on The ask needs a different note from one whose longest read was The ask.
One link per investor
Each link can have an e-mail gate, a password, an expiry date, a list of allowed domains and a download lock, and a switch that turns it off the moment the round closes or the conversation goes cold.
When should you follow up?
When the data says so. A partner who opened your deck three times and re-read Traction is warm: follow up the same day, and lead with traction. A partner who hasn't opened it in a week needs a different note entirely. The dashboard tells you which email to write.
