HTMLRadar is an open-source tool for sharing an HTML deck, brief, or proposal as a tracked link, and seeing who opened it, which sections they read, and for how long. Not one “opened” flag — dwell time, section by section.

Upload one HTML file or paste a URL. We host uploaded files, version every replacement, and keep old links working.
Each recipient gets a unique link. Email gate, expiry, password, and download lock are all set per share. The whole packet rides under one tracked link: PDFs, cap tables, ZIPs alongside the deck, with each download tagged to the recipient.
An email on the first real read. Then the dashboard — active time, scroll depth, time-per-section, device, browser — refreshed every 30 seconds while it is open.
